Terms of service.

These terms apply to LuxSnap at luxsnapai.com, run by Računalniško programiranje, Tomaž Ovsenjak s.p., Mlajtinci 15, 9226 Moravske Toplice, Slovenia ("we"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

What LuxSnap does

• Free filters. Film looks and adjustments that run in your browser. No account needed; your photo isn't uploaded.
• AI effects and templates (with a plan). You upload a photo and we have an AI model edit it. Effects change light, colour and texture and aim to keep you, your pose and your surroundings as they are. Templates recreate a scene, outfit or layout using your likeness. AI results vary and may change small details; they aren't guaranteed to match the examples exactly.

Plans, prices and renewal

• Plus: 5 AI photo credits per day, $6.99 per week. Gold: 10 credits per day, $9.99 per week. First-time subscribers pay a lower price for their first week ($4.99 for Plus, $6.99 for Gold), as shown before checkout.
• Plans renew automatically every week at the regular weekly price until you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each week. Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies.
• One credit makes one AI photo. Credits refresh every day at midnight UTC and don't roll over. If a photo fails, its credit is returned automatically.
• Switching from Plus to Gold takes effect immediately; you pay the prorated difference for the current week. We may cap unusually heavy use (for example, many photos within one hour) to keep the service fast for everyone.
• We may change prices for future weeks. We'll email you at least 14 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage subscription. Your plan then stays active until the end of the week you paid for and doesn't renew. Deleting your account cancels your plan immediately.

Your right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of buying it without giving a reason: email us at [email protected]. At checkout you ask us to start your subscription immediately. If you withdraw after it has started, we refund what you paid, minus an amount proportionate to what you received up to then (credits you used). Once your first week has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal for that week ends.

Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal, payments for weeks that have started aren't refunded. If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or the service didn't work for you — write to us and we'll make it right.

Your photos and what you make

• Only upload photos you have the right to use. Only upload photos of other people if they agree — for a child, if you're their parent or guardian.
• Don't use LuxSnap to make images that are sexual, involve minors inappropriately, harass or impersonate someone, or mislead people about real events. We may refuse such requests and close accounts that try.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You may use the results for anything legal, including posting them. You give us only the permission we need to process your photos to provide the service.
• AI photos are kept in your gallery for 30 days, then deleted. Save the ones you want to keep.

Your account

You sign in with a code we email you (or with Google). Keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Liability

We provide LuxSnap with care but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We're fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage and, in total, to what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll tell you by email before important changes apply to you. The law of Slovenia applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live as a consumer.
